The Process

  • Step One: View the Collection

    My Semi-Custom Invitation Collection features gorgeous design templates that can be fully customized based on your colour palette, design preferences and wedding details. Need something more custom? I also take on a limited number of fully custom designs per year.

  • Step Two: Inquiry Form

    Every couple's needs are different. Fill out my inquiry form below so I can capture all of the necessary details I need to provide you with a detailed, personalized brochure of my services with pricing information.

  • Step Three: Get a Quote

    Right from your brochure, you'll be able to pick and choose which services you'd like to see on your formal quote. You'll be able to book, make your first payment and sign the service agreement in one place, in your online client portal. Once signed and the first payment is made, you're fully booked in my production calendar!

  • Step Four: Design Process

    This is where the fun begins! You'll be able to choose your design make your customizations and select your envelope, paper & ink colours. Once your selections have been made, you'll get a digital proof and realistic mockup of your suite. You'll also have one feedback round to make sure everything is as it should be (though more design rounds can be added to ensure everything is perfect!)

  • Step Five: Printing & Delivery

    We send your designs to print! If you've chosen assembly and delivery, your suites will be stuffed, assembled, sealed and shipped to you -- all you need to do is apply your postage and take them to your local post office. Otherwise, free local pick up is available at my home studio in Kingston, Ontario, Canada!

  • Step Six: Day-of Stationery

    If you've chosen to add-on any day-of stationery such as signage, place cards, menus and more, we'll reconvene a little closer to your wedding date to gather all the necessary details and begin the production process.

Investment & Timeline

Semi-Custom designs take anywhere between 4 - 12 weeks depending on your requests, number of upgrades. Please allow 8-14 weeks for completely custom designs. Rush orders can sometimes be accommodated for a rush fee of up to 50% of your total.

Semi-Custom designs begin at $8 CAD per invitation set for base pricing, which includes flat printing on standard card stock, plus a $250 CAD set-up & design fee. My couples typically spend between $1,500-5,000 CAD with me on wedding invitations.
